Karan moves to court for protection of personality rights

Following similar actions by Abhishek Bachchan and Aishwarya Rai, filmmaker Karan Johar has petitioned the Delhi High Court to safeguard his personality rights. Johar seeks to prevent the unauthorized commercial use of his name and image on merchandise. The court previously granted protection to the Bachchans, prohibiting the exploitation of their identities for profit, setting a precedent for Johar's case.
